Dr. Thomas Preston new associated fellow at CRISMART

Dr. Thomas Preston, professor of international relations at Washington State University, has become an associated fellow of CRISMART. Dr. Preston, who specializes in security policy, foreign affairs, and political psychology, will assist CRISMART in a research and advisory capacity.
