CRISMART co-arranging conference Learning from Crises and Major Accidents on May 12, 2008

What are the opportunities for learning from a crisis? Why are lessons drawn from certain crises but not from others? What are the obstacles for true learning? These questions are the focus of a one day conference called “Learning from Crises and Major Accidents.”

The conference is intended for practitioners and researchers with an interest for crisis management issues. Experts in the field will give presentations on real-life crisis experiences and share some of their latest crisis research findings.
