Carl Hedin

Carl is CRISMART’s training director. He has a Master of Education and a Master of Ethics from the Stockholm Institute of Education. Carl is a Major in the Swedish armed forces reserve, and has served in the Balkans and in Afghanistan. Carl has worked with the Swedish Army in a variety of roles, mainly related to international missions, including the training of Sweden’s international forces. Before joining CRISMART, Carl worked at the Swedish armed forces Headquarters, where he developed a model for systematic risk management.

In the role as training director Carl is responsible for the development, execution and evaluation of an array of training activities, as well as for contacts with external partners concerning training issues.
